·         Check out our new Vinyasa Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:15am to 10:30am with Linda Alaimoana.  With over 17 years experience as a Fitness Instructor and 15 years as a Massage Therapist, Linda’s classes are designed for beginners and are physically challenging as well as relaxing.

 

·         Andrea MacDonald is visiting from Vancouver!  Join us in welcoming her!  From February 18th to 25th she’ll be teaching a few Hatha Classes, a Yin Class and a Seminar on the Winter Body.

                All classes are $15 drop in.  However, we recommend signing up in advance for the Seminar.
