Classical Hatha - Classical postures, with a slower pace allowing you to work more on alignment. Each Class is a full body workout, while focusing on breath.

Hot Power Vinyasa - Vigourous vinyasa class that builds upper body strength, flexibility and stamina. Designed for students of all levels seeking a challenge. Room is heated between 38 and 42 degrees Celsius.

Vinyasa Flow - Integrates alignment and intuition, strength and fluidity, meditation and wisdom...in action.

Ashtanga - A challenging physical practice, focusing on breath and dristi (focal points). Fast paced and fun for all levels.

Karma Yoga - Eclectic flow integrating many different styles of yoga. Classes are by donation. Proceeds from each class go to local charities.

Prenatal Yoga - An emphasis on increasing body and breath awareness, learning pain management, prenatal bonding, and relaxation techniques to promote the well- being of yourself and baby. Partners welcome of course.
About Our Classes
Yoga For Kids - A 45min  fun and interactive flow.  Perfect for any child with an imagination, who craves fun and movement.  (Suitable for ages 5-11)

Teen Yoga - A practice to balance the mind, hormones and physical body.  A challenging physical class that also focuses on calming the stressed out student mind. 

Yin Yoga - Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect compliment to the dynamic and (yang) muscular styles of yoga.  Yin generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Most poses are held for between 3 and 5 minutes.
