Due to the Heritage Day long weekend, there will be no yoga classes July 31^st to August 2^nd.  Retail will be open July 31^st 11am to 4pm, but closed Monday August 2^nd, and Carey’s Hatha-Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow on Monday August 2^nd will still be running.  Pre-register for this class to secure your spot!  $100 for the 8 week session or drop in for $15 per class.
