Due to the Heritage Day long weekend, there will be no yoga classes July 31st to August 2nd. Retail will be open July 31st 11am to 4pm, but closed Monday August 2nd, and Carey’s Hatha-Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow on Monday August 2nd will still be running. Pre-register for this class to secure your spot! $100 for the 8 week session or drop in for $15 per class.

· Beginning Monday, August 2nd We are adding ANOTHER new class to the schedule! Come by on Monday's at 8:30pm-9:30pm for a Hatha-Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow class with one of our new instructors, Carey Carty!
And starting Saturday, September 4th we will be adding another Hatha-Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow class every Saturday at 3:30-4:30pm!
